Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine, unworn condition during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
